The department accepts documents in digital form:

  1. via the e-mail address of the electronic mailroom (office@img.cas.cz)
  2. via data box (ID 5h4nxm4)
  3. in person on a medium for transferring electronic documents (CD, DVD, USB)

The department shall not process documents if it receives an electronic document that is not accessible to the mailroom and the department fails to remedy the defect in cooperation with the sender.

The department shall not process analogue documents which are not sufficiently user-readable (e.g., incomplete, illegible or otherwise damaged) and the department fails to remedy the defect in the document in cooperation with the sender or the sender cannot be identified.

A separate record shall be kept of receiving an electronic document with a malicious code and of sending a notification to the sender.
