The Light microscopy core facility of IMG is organizing the advanced course in light microscopy “IMAGE OF LIFE 2022”. The course is practical, selective, 3-day, 12-15 participants, covering advanced methods in light microscopy sectioning.
The course introduces highly useful live cell and big objects imaging methods to potential users. The main aim is theoretically and practically compare among several advanced methods allows optical sectioning and 3D reconstruction in light microscopy, and get a quantitative data form measurements.
