University students, postdoctoral fellows and scientists working in the territory of the invaded Ukraine are targeted by the support in the form of internships prepared by the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.
The Czech Academy of Sciences is planning to offer support in the form of fellowships to university students, postdoctoral researchers and scientists working in the territory of invaded Ukraine.
The Czech Academy of Sciences supports the statement of the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic on the development of the situation in Ukraine and condemns the acts of aggression of the Russian Federation against the territorial integrity and political order of Ukraine, which culminated in the invasion today in the morning hours.
“Scholars cannot remain silent in the face of a war on the territory of Europe. We stand on the side of respect of human rights, freedoms and democracy. We express our full support and lend a helping hand to our colleagues in Ukraine,” says Eva Zažímalová, President of the Czech Academy of Sciences.
